We received the following from a cousin of Patty (Caruso) Minicozzi who was related to Jimmy by marriage:

Jimmy Voorhees passed away at the age of 47. He had a massive heart attack in his sleep.  Jimmy was divorced from Valerie (Henderson) and had three kids (Nicole, Kelly, and Jimmy).  He was retired from the Union Fire Dept. and was living in Pennsylvania.  Jimmy and his brother, Eddie left home a day apart to go into the service. Jimmy enlisted in the Air Force and Eddie was drafted into the Army. Eddie was sent to Germany; Jimmy was sent to Viet Nam.
